SPECIAL CYCLONIC BULLETIN OF 05 FEBRUARY 2019
-Two Cyclonic disruptions are being formed in the Indian Ocean.
-the first is located 1675 km off Antalaha. It generates an average wind estimated at 55 km/h with gusts reaching 75-80 km/h.
-the second is centered about 650 km east of Diego Suarez at 09 local time. They move mutually towards the West-South-West at an average rate of 15 to 17 km/h. The forecast dictates a possibility of binary interaction between the two systems by leaving Madagascar out of potential dangers.
As a result, there is no Cyclone alert in Madagascar.
